Office for Relations with the Public (URP)
As well as providing information about Besta, the Office for Relations with the Public is at the service of the public to receive complaints, suggestions and observations, and act to resolve problems as soon as possible.
The Office for Relations with the Public is also concerned with communication, and publishing the Services Charter, the periodical INNBESTA, and scientific reports, and developing multimedia presentations, and in general promoting the Foundation.
The Office also provides feedback to departments on patient satisfaction surveys.
